** Sharon Concierge Care will charge a monthly fee for services not covered under Medicare Part B and will arrange to seek reimbursement for services covered.
Discounts Available:
10% discount for for family members that sign up with Sharon Direct Care.
10% discount for Veterans, first responders and students.
Discounts cannot be combined
